AIIMS - NORCET

NORCET (Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Entrance Test) is an All India Common Eligibility Examination conducted for the purpose of recruitment of Nursing Officers in AIIMS and other participating Institutes/Hospitals. It stands for Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test conducted by the AIIMS, New Delhi. It is being completed in two stages, i.e. Stage - I (Prelims) and Stage - II (Mains).

NORCET Prelims: a qualifying examination only. The Qualified  candidates will be allowed to appear in Stage II: NORCET Main. Candidates qualifying as per the scheme of examination in Stage I equal to 5 times the total seats in each category (UR, OBC, SC, ST, EWS) will be called for Stage II. 

NORCET Mains: Merit List of qualified candidates shall be prepared based on performance in CBT as per qualifying criteria in Stage II NORCET Mains.
